I have been battling the fat since I was 10 years old. Always obese by medical standards. Between 2005 and 2007 I went from 310 to 235. Through stress and falling back into bad habits I gained 40LBS!!!! I am angry with myself and ready to do something about it.

My first goal is to get back to 235. I loved it, I was wearing a 14-16 and looking good. THICK! My second goal is 200LBS. I have no weighed 200lbs since my senior year of high school when I went from 225-185.

My final goal, I am unsure about. Once I get to 200 I will make that distinction. Baby steps and perseverance.

Feel free to friend me, I give great advice. Though I may not follow it myself. (Isn't that always the case)

I think that weight loss is an inspiration. There may be someone out there going through the same thing that you are. Unconsciously, your experience may be motivating. I constantly look at journals, pics and posts when online. Everyone that works hard and is succeeding is motivation for me to keep fighting.

I do understand the feeling of invasion of privacy, but the knowledge that you may be inspiring is FANTASTIC!!

When adopting a low carb way of life, your liver converts fats (fatty acids) to fuel rather that carbs (glucose) to fuel. Therefore, you are in a state of forced state of ketosis.

Thanks for the response, I figure that I probably ate more than I have in the last few days and that is where the uncomfortable fullness may stem from.

Black Beans SBD Day4
I am in Phase 1 of the SBD, I had black beans for lunch today. I felt so full and a bit sleepy. Is that normal? are there to many carbs in black beans to introduce them back into my diet so soon?

My concern is that I could have reversed my ketosis.Sad Thoughts please
