Days 1 and 2 are done, I stuck with SBD for two days 100percent. I am so proud of myself. I am on Day 3, just had breakfast and the sun has decided to make a appearance. Its going to be a GREAT DAY!!

Day 2 of no excuses, little bit of a headache. Nothing I cant handle.
I have done well with my eating. I think that I will attempt to make use of the food journal today. Its a great day!!!

NO EXCUSES DAY 1
SO far so good,SB approved breakfast. Working at my computer listening to Pastor Paul Sheppard. Praying for strength.
Today I have eaten:
Breakfast
2 slices of turkey bacon
2 eggs (made in the microwave no oil or butter added)
Lunch
1 can leaf spinach
1 turkey cutlet
Dinner
Cabbage cooked with chicken bullion and butter (YUM, YUM, YUM)
2 turkey cutlets baked with no oil.
I am proud of me, I did good today. Lets tackle tomorrow!!! I am ready :)
No cravings for carbs YET :)

I am getting back into the rhythm of the site, checking out profiles and making friends.
I will be starting the SBD again on May 3, 2009. I chose this date because it is near the first of the month. Secondly, it is after my sisters birthday. This may sound strange but I want to keep what I am doing to myself for awhile until I get a routine and see some success. I hate being a failure and everyone looking at you as if you are weak. That's all for today. Off to work.
