I am 48 and soon to be lean lol. Trying to stay positive as I change years of bad eating habits. Hubby is doing this as well so that makes a huge difference. Sucks that men seem to lose faster than woman tho. One other huge change for me is drinking water. I am sure my body is loving that! Good luck to everyone!!!
