A complete disaster! From 76kg on January 8th, 2014 to 88.2kg just yesterday - so in 10 months - I gained 12kg! Time to go back to 76kg. Only this time I'm going to do it in 3-4 months. Intermittent fasting is the way to go. Goal is to loose 5kg till New Year. So 83.2kg before December 31st! Then 5kg more before end of March - 78.2kg. Finally get to 76kg during May. Intermittent fasting for 16h. per day from 7pm to 11am. 2 meals at 11-1pm and at 5pm. With light snacks during the day and at 7pm. Treadmill runs up to 5km. Gym exercises for main muscles (really only 4-5 exercises) + pull ups at home. ATt his point just looking to maintain bulk muscle, until I loose weight to a 79.9kg. Then I'll start to do more exercises focused on specific muscles.
