From 76kg to 98kg! I wonder how much it will take me to go back to 76kg? 22kg gained! This is by far worst situation imaginable for me. Never weighted as much and this is unacceptable. I get sweaty, tired all day, can't catch my breath even when I walk up a single store up. Even have difficulty bending and tying my shoes. It's getting ridiculous. And all this from 76kg when I was running 5km in under 22min, pull ups 15 times and could work on my feet all day long like nothing :(
