Shift worker
I am a shift worker and am finding that especially night shift plays havoc with my eating habits.
I need to eat during the night and even though I am having a protein drink I still need breakfast when I get home. then when I get up from my nap of about 3 hours I am so hungry.

Any tricks and thoughts please. i eat around 1200C per day and have lost 22 kgs since January 1.
