Decided yesterday to take it day by day. Definately have food issues: don't like being controlled but food is in continuous control because the potatoes and gluten tear up my stomach. I lost 10 stopping them.,gained weight so I know I can fix this problem with hard work and taking literally one day at a time ⏲️ food is such a hard thing for me at times. I want to succeed so much.

struggling bad. gluten and potatoes are killing me, yet I eat them. have to get back on track. so here I am again. Pray for me!! lol jk
