at tail end of 3 month remodel. no kitchen and no stove a good part of the time. moving from room to room or even out for a few days. wild ride but worth it for our incredible new kitchen. thankful I haven't gained. I know I have said this a few times but about to hit the reset and get this body back to functioning how I want it to. our bodies are incredible even when we tell them to take the back seat at times they still work for us. wish me luck! I will need it!

still 217. bad cholesterol high, good cholesterol low. so back at it!

potatoes Saturday and stomach still off. really a no go 99 percent of the time. gluten ease still really helpful when eating gluten but do feel best when totally avoided. going to stop with fast food and start walking.

not going down but not going up. not tracking currently. will start tracking Tuesday. really thing if I could stock to 1600 for the year I would be back to goal by this time next year.
