Old habits are hard to break. I ended up with half a tsp of sugar in my coffee this morning simply because its a habit. I tried to stop myself and probably dropped more in my cup just because I jerked my hand back so fast. LOL

I wish there was a way to separate the types of carbs in the app. Most of my carbs this past week have come from the fruit I'm eating. (Grapefruit, Apples etc.)Almost no sugar, bread, pasta etc.
