My desk job has helped put a few inches around my mid section. Not to mention that I work nights and weekends. And I'm looking for ways to help burn calories while I'm at work. I'm still active at home I play ball / shoot some hoops before I leave for work. The days I have off I spend a couple hours doing the same. And I purposely use a push mower to cut the 3/4 acre yard that I have. I've always ate a healthy diet. But I'm trying to cut down on my carb intake, and red meat as well. My one weakness is energy drinks which I've cut back on a lot. I'm sure I drink too many of my calories, and carbs in the form of High fructose corn syrup. (Yuck)!!!!
