Grrrrrr. This is a little frustrating. I've been good and I've been exercising a lot. I've run a caloric deficit of 400 to 500 cal per day on average for a few weeks. My weight should be dropping. Grrrrrrrr.

Measurements.
Upper thigh (measured as 6 cm below crotch) = 60.7 cm
Lower thigh (measured as 10 cm above upper edge of patella) = 50 cm
Hips (at widest point) = 95 cm
Waist (relaxed at narrowest point) = 75 cm
NO change in waist and hips but a substantial change in upper thigh! Yipppppppeeeeee.
Observations: Cellulite on the back of triceps is nearly gone and some definition is coming back. Getting better on the backs of thighs but still present on buttocks and hamstrings (about 2/3 the way down to the knee)

Time to get back on track. I stopped recording food and exercise intake over Christmas just to allow myself a break. I exercised like CRAZY. But still put 1.5 lbs back on. Trying to get back on track today.
