Ok so my head aches today and I really don't want to do much. Yesterday I was so tired I came in and went to sleep early. Thats what I get for entering my walk yesterday before I did it. No more of that only enter my items after they are done...grrr. Otherwise I'm a little bummed because now weight change in a few days. I was dropping with no problems and then nothing. I liked it better when I saw a change.

Frustrated .. stress levels are through the roof today. Can't wait to walk a bit later. Off work tomorrow thank god.

Need to find a way to add more protien into my diet and make sure I remember to take a daily vitamin. Getting better about the exercise thing but I'm still struggling with evening snacking..

So I'm not doing to bad. I'm actually proud of myself for watching what is going into my mouth. Now if I can just get the exercise thing down. Granted its only been about a week and most of the weight is probably water related.. I started to walk again last night but started talking to the neighbor about the homeowners association giving her crap over some stupid thing. Two hours later it was time to go spend time with my kids and my husband. So much for my 30 min walk.
Ideally I would like to be 135 lbs but if I can get back to 140 - 150 I'll be happier than I am at 180. I have never been this heavy when I wasn't pregnant. I don't believe I've done this to myself.

So I broke down and had a glass of milk and a few cookies last night... Oh well it was worth it. I need to figure out a way to avoid late sweet snacks like that. Otherwise we'll see how it goes. Stress levels go back up today because the supervisor that treats me like crap is back at the office. And I really have to work on some things around the house today and find time to exercise after work. We'll see how things go.
