So I broke down and had a glass of milk and a few cookies last night... Oh well it was worth it. I need to figure out a way to avoid late sweet snacks like that. Otherwise we'll see how it goes. Stress levels go back up today because the supervisor that treats me like crap is back at the office. And I really have to work on some things around the house today and find time to exercise after work. We'll see how things go.
