so for the last few months i have done poorly and my weight is up again. so Im back to entering foods and trying to watch what I consume. I'm so hungry and I want to sleep a lot. I have to get this under control but I feel so lost right now. I do ok for a few days and then blow it or stop entering foods because it takes up so much of my time.

starting to have issues with doing this for a week and then slacking off for the next several. I do better when I document my foods and participate but I need to find a motivator I guess

Ok so I'm craving sugar and having a really hard time staying around 1400 calories a day. I blew it yesterday evening by eating late and eating crap.... I have to do better.

In the morning I'm fine.. maybe because I drink coffee and it keeps me going. In the afternoon I'm starving and without fail I give in and overdue sweets by evening. Anyone have a suggestion?
