So I'm not doing to bad. I'm actually proud of myself for watching what is going into my mouth. Now if I can just get the exercise thing down. Granted its only been about a week and most of the weight is probably water related.. I started to walk again last night but started talking to the neighbor about the homeowners association giving her crap over some stupid thing. Two hours later it was time to go spend time with my kids and my husband. So much for my 30 min walk.
Ideally I would like to be 135 lbs but if I can get back to 140 - 150 I'll be happier than I am at 180. I have never been this heavy when I wasn't pregnant. I don't believe I've done this to myself.
