I am 34 years old, 5'7" and weight about 236lbs as of 1/18/11. I lift weights and am muscular but have a lot of fat to lose. I started my diet on 1-14-11. My goal is to lose about 40-50lbs with minimal muscle loss.
I am trying to keep my calories about 2700 or less per day and eat about 200 grams protein with the rest split between fat/carbs per day.
I am about to try the P90X program and will post progress.
