Well, I didn't do too badly on the eating part, although an Aunt of ours had her 92nd birthday party and of course I could not pass up the potato salad, or a small piece of birthday cake (Oh god, it was so good). In a Southern household y'all don't worry about calories at a special event like a matriarch's birthday!

Boy, it has been tough this week. Have had a lot of problems with my acid reflux and am trying to find the trigger (the main one anyway). Looks like a combination of late snacking and tomato based products. I will continue to tweak my snack after dinner-if I don't get something I wake up in middle of night and go for all the worst stuff. This later part of the week was not so bad for the tummy. I'm working it out.

Well, here it is, thursday, and I am doing ok. I am having a bit of trouble with my acid reflux, aw heck, its REALLY bugging me. Couple bad nights had me swearing on everything I'd never touch what set it off again. Problem, I'm not exactly sure what set it off. I have the list of foods that can irritate it, but its a matter of trying each food to see which one does it to me. It is beginning to look like coffee and tomatos. I LOVE tomatos! :(
There is nothing better than a Caprese salad. Well, maybe I'll just indulge occassionally if it turns out tomato is the culprit.
I haven't weighed myself yet this week. I'm afraid to! LOL. Tomorrow morning for sure!

Getting started, I've gotten the exercise routine fairly steady, now I need to get a handle on the food thing.
