Gramma Steph's Journal, 26 March 2012

Boy, it has been tough this week. Have had a lot of problems with my acid reflux and am trying to find the trigger (the main one anyway). Looks like a combination of late snacking and tomato based products. I will continue to tweak my snack after dinner-if I don't get something I wake up in middle of night and go for all the worst stuff. This later part of the week was not so bad for the tummy. I'm working it out.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
