Boy, it has been tough this week. Have had a lot of problems with my acid reflux and am trying to find the trigger (the main one anyway). Looks like a combination of late snacking and tomato based products. I will continue to tweak my snack after dinner-if I don't get something I wake up in middle of night and go for all the worst stuff. This later part of the week was not so bad for the tummy. I'm working it out.
