I had it in my head that i would go to the gym last night. When i got home from work i was all ready to go.... then one thing after another backed me up. Finally after dinner i said screw it! I went to the gym around 9pm. Got on that treadmil and i'm so glad i did! After i got my second wind it wasn't bad. Getting my butt there today too!

Finally tried some greek yogurt today! Wasn't bad, had the one with blueberries in it. Ok Roxy you were right! =)

I need to eat more protein! What can i have besides eggs, beans and chicken all the time? I'm allergic to nuts so i have to watch what i eat. I don't like looking at my chart and the protein section is always so small.
