New week! I was never a big oatmeal fan, but the wild berry muffin from true delights, so yum! So glad I can switch it up every now and then. Cold cereal gets boring after awhile.

Things have been crazy the last few days so i haven't made it the gym like i wanted. But I do try to walk however I can while at work and when I get home I do a bit of cardio just to keep the body moving. Hopefully this weekend I can get in there for a few. :/

So i have made some changes.... really working on having more water per day. I'm actually doing better with that then i thought. And thanks to my friend (Chinita) i think i can actually start including salads into my meals more... which if you know me is a very big step! =) I'm stopping at the grocery store today to pick up my veggies! I'm going to try to add into a meal at a time. At least i'm working out more which is great! I don't get as tired as I used to which is a big plus! One day at a time right? =)
