Well, back to calorie counting today, after the Easter weekend it was hard to get on track. I raked the lawn yesterday and today and I feel muscles I didn't know I even had. I hope that helps burn off the extra I ate at Easter.

Changed my goal weight. At my age, I don't want to be too thin. I want to look fit.

Diet followed reasonably well
