LOVE being able to have a root beer float with my girls today!
Planning ahead and portioning has allowed me to share a nice treat without un-doing all the hard work I put in to lose weight.

Got up early today and hit the floor running.
Dropped my son off at work, then helped hubby at his market for a while before coming home & cleaning and reorganizing the storage room and mudroom. Cleaned the interior of the SUV and organized it for spring...plenty of room for plants!!
Walked the property and staked out an area for a vegetable garden. Lifted and rolled logs for edging. Inventoried the flower bulbs all over the yard...even the lillies edging the creek. Walked along our creek & showed the girls wild foliage across the creek & bird watched.
