I'm a 42 year old homeschooling mom of three (17, 13 & 10). We live in a very small town (400 in the city). My husband and I are going to Hawaii this fall!!!!! YEAH!!!! And I need to lose A LOT of weight. Not just for the trip...I need to set the example of healthy living for my children. This is a class in and of itself for us.
Diabetes, heart disease, arthritis...are things that are present in my family tree. Every time I go to the doctor, they tell me I'm healthy. My blood work is always great and I seem to be the only one concerned with my weight! I should NOT weigh 300 pounds!!! My goal is 165, eventually. I'd love to lose 80-100 before Hawaii in September.
I have great support from my family and my church. I know that everyday as I draw closer to God, surrendering my life to Him in every way, He will be my strength and my portion on this journey.

I've been taking b12 for a couple years. I can honestly say it didn't do anything for my energy. I started taking d3 and it's WONDERFUL! I have energy, I feel good and I'm losing weight. I'd suggest d3 over b12 anyday.
I also take calcium, e, acai and royal jelly. Hope that helps!
