My name is Ginger and I am 52 years old. I have three grown children and four grandchildren. I am married for the second time. I love to eat and love trying new flavors and foods. However, this does not help my aging body. I'm not real good at exercising as I am not self motivated toward physical activity. I was a smoker from the age of 15 to about 42. I am trying to stay active and at least keep from getting too overweight not only for my health but for my own self-esteem.
