Happy Halloween!!
I had to go out for treats for the whiners at work, lol. Grabbed a bag of assorted Ghirardelli's and added a bag of the Intense Dark 86% variety that I like to the mix. Enjoying a square of chocolate with my K-cup this morning - planning another one this afternoon with coffee too -- 5 net carbs well spent :)
Lunch hour today is going to me running some errands so no run today -- aiming to get that run in 4 of 5 days so today I will need to make time for some other form of cardio after work. Lunch will be my favorite hamburger soup.
This evening #2 son and his girlfriend will be by with her two little boys (ages 1-1/2 & 6) in costume. Picked up cards and stickers for them -- no candy -- they'll get more than they need elsewhere. Other than those little visitors, I've decided to keep my porch light off. Last year I only had a few trick-or-treaters and then had leftovers to bring to work and dump. Just going to skip it this year.

Good Monday Morning -- keeping all those in Sandy's way in prayer today -- be safe.
So in honor of the start of Go Hard or Go Home Challenge, I brought my running clothes/shoes into the office this morning -- will spend 30 minutes of my lunch hour taking a run -- YAY. That still gives me 20 minutes (10 minutes factored for changing clothes back-n-forth, lol) to suck down my tuna salad lunch.

Quick drive-by journal entry -- had a sick grandbaby most of the weekend. Had a flu shot on Thursday and has had a fever since -- danged shot!! Anyway, food has been good - no temptation to over-indulge this weekend. Stepped on the scale this morning and saw the 120's -- not an official weigh-in so will wait until Tuesday to see what there is to record.
Looking forward to GO HARD OR GO HOME!!

Standing still this morning - first weigh in since the Less to Lose challenge started that I haven't recorded a loss BUT keeping a few things in mind - I have lost 7.2 lbs in the almost 8 weeks of this challenge - that is HUGE for me. Staying the same is NOT a gain so how can it be a set-back? So instead of looking at today as standing still, I am going to say that I am HOLDING STRONG!!
