Standing still this morning - first weigh in since the Less to Lose challenge started that I haven't recorded a loss BUT keeping a few things in mind - I have lost 7.2 lbs in the almost 8 weeks of this challenge - that is HUGE for me. Staying the same is NOT a gain so how can it be a set-back? So instead of looking at today as standing still, I am going to say that I am HOLDING STRONG!!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes, Holding Strong! I hope you know how great are doing great. At this point in your journey it is not to be expected that you lose every week. And every day you don't gain weight is a victory!

Thank-you Buffy -- I would have loved to see the 120's today - even just a little toe into them BUT I know that is vanity talking and not good sense. I am willing to stand still here and let my body get used to the idea of going there. I've stood still in worse places :) Tried the Chia/Flaxmeal hot *cereal* this morning and OMG - was just like cream of wheat -- so delicious :) Chia-Flaxmeal Hot Cereal - aka Low Carb Cream of *Wheat* 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp flaxseed meal 2 tsp Swerve (or whatever sweetener you use) 1/2 c boiling unsweetened almond milk (the original recipe called for water) Pour the boiling milk over seeds/sweetener combination in a pretty good sized boil and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes. Top with 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream and 1/2 c red raspberries (almost a berry for each bite). Calories: 327 Net carbs: 3.34 - fiber is 18.5g so drink your water!!

GigiP you are where I want to be. I am so proud of you and you have been so helpful to me in my journey. I really need to have your mindset and I am working on my frame of mind. I want this to be the way I will always live.... grain free and primal and I will low carb until it gets me to where you are. Stay strong. YOU GOT THIS!!! Hugs!
