need a buddy (sounds lonely)
Hi I wanted to comment on the cravings thing. I have noticed that my biggest calorie intake is in the evening after work, Im just a bottomless pit and wanted something to cuve that appitite. Then I herd Jillian Michaels (on her podcast check it out in iTunes) talk about psyllium husks which are a seed shell (think the thin papery covering on a peanut (not the actually shell)). The shells are ground into a powder that comes either loose or in a capsule.

The benefit of the Psyllium husk is that its really high in fiber and when combine with water it swells up ant turns into a jell causing a feeling of fullness. This is beneficial to keeping you feeling fuller longer and I must say it defiantly works. The key is to drink a lot of water (read the instructions very carefully).

The capsules are working great, it completely cut out the after dinner snacking for me. The only catch is it adds water bulk until it passes so its keeping me artificially up a pound or so because Im taking it regularly.

I'm using these because each capsules provides a full gram of dietary fiber plus added acidophilus to enhance intestinal flora and to assist in body detoxification. No added sugar or flavors.

New to FS and needing Friend! :)

Ate ok yesterday. Did have some carb's (acorn squash). Also went out for game night and drank wine and ate chips/hummis. Lots of salt anyway.

Was really thirsty when I weighed in. Probably a bit dehydrated. Weight will probably go up tomorrow.
