I hate hitting a wall but I'm taking it better than I use to. I cant wait for my daughter to go back to school so I can get back on my exercise routine. I can tell when I'm not exercising as much cause I get tight. Art!

I am so glad that I didn't gain from yesterday. I ate to much yesterday and was very disappointed in myself. I am back on track today and I will get back on my exercise routine tomorrow.
