I hate hitting a wall but I'm taking it better than I use to. I cant wait for my daughter to go back to school so I can get back on my exercise routine. I can tell when I'm not exercising as much cause I get tight. Art!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
