Went from 200lbs to 150lbs in 2014, and was pretty good at maintaining in the 150-160 range, until disaster struck this winter (Jan 2017) and immobilized me, putting me in the hospital and on two new meds that lead to weight gain. And gain I did! A whole third of me wasn't here a year ago!

But if I put it on, I can take it off. I climbed this mountain once, I know where the pitfalls are, and how great the view is from the top. I can do this.

hair loss please help :(
I found that taking a multivitamin pill slowed the hair loss a little bit, but adding a breakfast shake with vitamins in it reduced the loss a LOT. Also, my hair was healthier, stronger and shinier, my fingernails stronger and less likely to peel or break, and I generally felt better. Your Milage May Vary, but I must have been having absorption issues with the pill that getting the vitamins in liquid form didn't run into. I started with the Carnation No Sugar added shakes, then switched to the Atkins brand shakes, and both helped.
