Happy Tues!! OK I hope I didnt mess up too much but below is what I will eat so far
Breakfast
1 c grits
1 egg white
1 c coffee ( sorry I couldnt help it)I get up at 4:30 and needed it!
1 c green tea
snack am
1/2 c grapes
small peach
water
Lunch
salad w/ vingerette dressing
yogurt
water
snack pm
smoothie cup
dinner
c brown rice with steamed veg
orange
water

I did ok, which I could have done better. I just receive my book and, decided to start Phase I again. The one thing that I need to try to deal with is not being able to have at least one cup of coffee for 9 days so. Let me do phase I again to see if my results come out better.

after talking to one of my girlfriends that's on fat smash, I ordered he book and decided to give it another try. My only thing is going to be not able to eat mat but, if its going to help me shed a cple pounds which will make me feel better and look better the, meat for 9 days won't be so bad!!!!
