Here it is Mon. I weighed in and only lost another 2lbs. think I'll try to do phase I again. I have exactly 26 days to lose 8lbs and I think my main thing is, I probably dont eat enough especially in the morning. Any suggestions anyone??? I also need to increase my workout time. I really, really enjoy walking but, since I live in Hot Lanta (stone Mountain Ga area) it has been exxtremely hard to go to the park to walk in 90+ degree weather. I have a Tae Bo dvd, maybe I'll try that.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you tried the baked oatmeal recipe- its really good its like eating a piece of cake- It makes 6 servings so you can cut it up into 6 slices and grab it in the am & run. I don't use the 1/4 cup brown sugar I use about 4 -5 packets of splenda or sweet n lo. Your doing great so far- I live in Florida so I know what you mean about being too hot to take a walk! Good luck.
