There are other benefits of losing weight. My blood pressure is getting better which is 112/68 pulse 64. About a month ago was 130/75 Pulse 58. Also, the risk of type 2 diabetes is drastically reduced along with heart disease and other associated illnesses with being overweight or obese. At the rate I am going will achieve my goal in less than 2 months. Just wanted everyone to know that I do understand it is too fast my results and I am not suggesting anyone follow my example, but yes to take whatever good tips you find in my diet that you can incorporate in yours. Example, you might not be ready for a full intermittent fasting, but you can start gradually once a week after you have accustomed yourselves to eating once per day. Also, you might want to try once or twice a week sleep between 7.5 to 8.5 hours a night to see if you burn more fat using that method. Hope you find nuggets you can use to help you achieve your goals. Wishing everyone success and happiness.

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share with everyone some additional tips that most likely will benefit your efforts. You don’t have to do intermittent fasting as I am doing but I not only feel but the results I am getting speak for themselves. The tip is your sleep cycles. There are 4 cycles per night where you can achieve delta cycles and during those cycles, you will burn FAT. If you don’t take advantage of those cycles your adrenals will not be able to rest and restore and cut off the cortisol that you might have due to your stress condition. There is this doctor Berg that explains it better and I am placing a link to the youtube video that explains this and he also has an android and apple application that you can see videos, audios, pdf documents from the application. He has ton’s of videos that you can benefit from. Hope you benefit as I am. Best wishes to all.
