Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a Fitbit Flex and I don't know of any way to upload the info. I just keep track of everything in fitbit dashboard online.

Keep being inspired.

Trying to lose weight
I forgot to mention that not being additive to regular flour or wheat products is a big help. You could still eat flour products made from, Coconut, almonds, hazelnut, chia, garbanzo and it goes a long way from that chemical addition most people suffer from when they eat wheat or regular flour products. If you need more info on this subject, read Wheat Belly by William Davis MD. Checkout his blog http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/

Trying to lose weight
Hi Christine: As far as I can tell, the diminish calories has an accumulative effect throughout the week and 3,500 calories is 1 lb of fat. Now regarding metabolism, just because you have a greatly diminished calories throughout the week, does not mean that your metabolism will slow down. If you exercise 3 to 5 times a week, your metabolism will stay steady, as far as I understand my resources. Also fasting everyday gives the body a much needed rest to the vital organs, like your liver, digestive system etc. You can fast everyday and eat everyday, sounds backwards but let me explain. If you eat your first meal at 6:00 pm every day and your next meal is at 6:00 PM everyday, then you are fasting 24 hours each day and you eat everyday. lol. But if you are not used to fasting, you can start slowly at first until your body gets used to it. You also don't have to do the 24 hour fasting each day. You can start with Friday for the 24 Hr one then the next day you eat after 18 hours and you get to have reward meals. I am sure there are 100s of resources out there you can choose from. I hope this sheds some light on the subject.
