i am a single mom with 2 little girls, and i work 2 jobs, which allows me to sit all day.. i have recently started to gain wieght 15 pounds more than i wished for. i have tried all sorts of diets such as: south beach, healthy heart, slim fast and ali, which all have worked but tying to get started back on them is very hard, i cant make it a week. so i am now counting calories and it is so working. i have 2 vacations planed for the month of april and may, and i need to lose the weight. i am very focused, motivated and excited to start my new weightloss journey!!!!

I AM A YO YO DIETER...I LOSE, I GAIN, THATS THE STORY OF MY LIFE..ALWAY TRYING TO GET SMALLER FOR SOME TYPE OF OCCASSION. WELL NOW I AM OLDER AND THE WEIGHT IS NOT COMING OFF IN THE RIGHT PLACES AND IS TAKING ALOT MORE TIME TOO. SO I JOINED WW TO MAKE IT A LIFE STYLE CHANGE FOR THE FIRST TIME. NOT FOR BIKE WEEK, NOT FOR THE CRUISE, NOT EVEN FOR MY OWN WEDDING. I WANT TO BE AT A HEALTY WEIGHT AND LOOK FABULOUS IN WHAT EVER I WANT TO WEAR. SO HERE'S TO A NEW ME :)

Transitioning from Atkins to Weight Watchers
i have never been on atkins, but i have tried southbeach even taken alli pills. i was tired of doing diets where i had to cut carbs or fat so i joined ww. This is my second time on ww, my first time i took the classes and this time i am doing it online. however, what i realized is they say you can eat what you want, but if it is starchy or fried you will lose very little (oz)appose to eating the healthy foods and losing (lbs).
