It's taken two days to get back into the swing of things. I'm back down to eating 1200 calories a day, and have started doing my office exercises, which really help my back. Still a long way to go, but am feeling more positive about my weight loss plan, now that the holidays are over.

Holiday season is over. Gained weight. Back to where I started.
But, it is the New Year and I'm ready to get back to work.
My weight loss goals and now limited to 5 lb increments. I'm on a 12 step/goal program. Well, 14 steps actually. :-)
