Holiday season is over. Gained weight. Back to where I started.
But, it is the New Year and I'm ready to get back to work.

My weight loss goals and now limited to 5 lb increments. I'm on a 12 step/goal program. Well, 14 steps actually. :-)

218.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
