I didn't do a very good job in the no eating fast food category. On Friday night, after I dropped off the kids at their dad's, I stopped by Arby's. I know I can't do that every Friday night, mostly because of financial reasons. I was impress that I lost the 2 pounds, however. I am going to try to do better this week. I think if I pay more attention, I can at least match that, and maybe do even better. I had made the goal of losing 3 pounds in the week, but I am not going to be too disappointed.

I can feel myself getting stronger. I am determined to make my goal this week. No fast food until next weigh in at very least, and I am trying to do extra workouts here and there. It is not easy, but I know I can do it.

I have had all of my kids sick off and on for the last few weeks. This last week my daughter had the flu and now has pneumonia. I didn't pay much attention to my personal goal and needs for while taking care of her. I will do better this week. Now that my tax return money is just about gone, I won't have the money for take out. That alone should help. I am also going to up my work outs a bit. I am planning to do a short workout when I get up in the mornings. We'll see how that works. I'm usually not very up until I get a shower, and there is no way I am going to workout after my shower. That would defeat one of the main purposes of the shower. I'll do better. My goal this week is to lose 3 pounds. That is going to take a great deal of commitment on my part.

I didn't do very well with my food intake the last week. I got my taxes back and did the lazy thing and got take out food 3 times. I know that I am lucky that I didn't gain anything with how I was eating. The encouraging thing is that with how bad my eating was, I didn't gain. I am hoping that means that if I do better with my eating this week and keep up with my exercise, I will lose weight in the coming week.
