I can feel myself getting stronger. I am determined to make my goal this week. No fast food until next weigh in at very least, and I am trying to do extra workouts here and there. It is not easy, but I know I can do it.

definitely stay away from fast food...however I would look up places you normally go and find out what the healthy options are...that way if you do end up stopping in for whatever reason...you can make an educated decision.
