Good Morning. Packing up and on my way home. I cooked a good breakfast,and will be careful of what I eat on the road. Hoping to be back up next week. More packing, and moving to come.

Still here with Hubby , today is a day of shame for food. I broke down and ate pizza, to much. I am paying for it. This is my first really bad day since Sept 19. I know not good, but think I got it out of my system today for a good while. I ate and I feel like crap. I suppose a good kick in the pants is what I needed. I know now for sure, just how good I feel when I eat right. Today showed me for sure. Tomorrow is another day. I head out for the long drive home. I will be careful with food. Friday I will be starting a fast. Will see my next weigh Tuesday, just what this day may have set me back .

Good Morning. Weigh in day, so happy to see a loss. I am still up here visiting hubby. I have a harder time here with food. But seems doing pretty well. His eating habits are changing a bit too. I do think after the retirement in a month and the move home, we will do wonderful with food. Finding foods I can enjoy and still keep my sugar down. No metformin and my numbers are about the same as with. I will continue to work to get my numbers down, loose weight, and feel better. Slow but steady.

Good Morning, trying to start the day out right. Black coffee for now. I was weak last night, found thin mint girl scout cookies in the frig. Grrrr I ate three with peanut butter. It tasted so good. I had a sweet tooth earlier, had eaten an apple. But the cookies just looked so good. I still stayed under my RDI, 15 percent carbs. I weighed still the same weight. I am no upset then about the cookies. I will go back on Keto when I return home. A few good fasting days and I should be back on track. I will admit I am eating better then I have in a long time. But still having a hard time with my blood sugar in the morning. I stay at a steady in the day, eating or fasting. But I still am up in the morning. I took a metformin er 500 after lunch, I was back down a bit, but the sickly feeling I have for hours after taking, I think will just have to go back to the keto and fasting. It works better, and I feel better. Well off for now.
