P90X vs Insanity
Oh yeah some hard facts....to maintain a weight...you need to consume 12 calories for every lb you want to weigh(reasonable). So if I want to weigh 200lb, consume 12cal x 200 = 2400 calories. Keep in mind that every 3500 calories is a pound of body fat. So if you are eating 2900 calories a day and losing no weight, if you drop to 2400, you will lose approximately a lb a week. Of course doing exercise to can quickly increase your weight loss results. Just food for thought...or maybe no food for thought. Lol!

P90X vs Insanity
The only way to get that 6 pack is to shed the fat through cardio. Once you get below 14% body fat, the abs will start to show. At 10%, you will be showing them off left and right...at 6-8% you are ready for competition. Believe it or not, everyone has a 6-pack, but only those who have little bodyfat can show it.
