My name is Denise I am married to Lance we have been married for 14 years and we have three awesome children between the two of us. All of our kids are grown and moved on with their lives so now we are focused on taking off the "Family Fat" that we have put on for the past 14 years. We go to the Gym 4 to 5 times a week and work out very hard I love to swim and Lance loves to do cardio.
