So much has happened in the last month that I just couldn't care about my weight or health, but I think anyone would've reacted the same way. Hopefully now that things have settled down a bit I can get back on track. :'D

Gonna try and lose weight again c: I found two exercise challenges that I feel like I could do if I actually tried and another diet/weight loss challenge that I think will keep me motivated :D Hopefully being on here will keep motivated too and make me be less lazy with losing weight.
I want to lose weight a healthy way, not by starving myself like I did in the past many times, which always works for a little while, but I end up gaining most of it back. >.< And in the past 3 months I've gained 15lbs, and I really don't want to go back to my heaviest weight which was between 190-200lbs.
I want to get back to my lowest weight (130), but if I get to 140 I'd be incredibly happy. x) Hopefully I can get there before the summer so I don't have to feel self conscious about wearing knee length shorts and a tank top in public :"D
