After 6 days on the Weight Watchers Points Plus diet I have lost 4 pounds. It was EASY. I ate filet mignon and pizza and was still able to maintain my points balance. Exercise is a bonus which is something I wasn't doing before. Its motivating to think that the walk around the neighborhood or the laps in my sister's pool actually earn me points for more food that can be eaten later. I love this diet!! Let's see what the next 7 days will bring. See ya'll next Monday. Good luck, good dieting and remain positive at all times!

Yesterday I started back on the Weight Watchers Points Plus diet. Several years ago I lost 22 pounds following the Points diet, so I'm going to give it another go around. I have a friend at work who is also doing the same diet with me and we are on a new adventure. It's a lot of fun using the new calculators, and a few changes in the diet were made (like fruits and veggies no longer count for points). THIS IS GOING TO WORK FOR ME...I'm excited. One day in and I already feel better :)
