Yesterday I started back on the Weight Watchers Points Plus diet. Several years ago I lost 22 pounds following the Points diet, so I'm going to give it another go around. I have a friend at work who is also doing the same diet with me and we are on a new adventure. It's a lot of fun using the new calculators, and a few changes in the diet were made (like fruits and veggies no longer count for points). THIS IS GOING TO WORK FOR ME...I'm excited. One day in and I already feel better :)
