Did well today up until dinner. Really struggling making it through the evening without a snack. And I mean a crappy snack. UGH!!!! Didn't have coffee all day, just water however I think I am going to make myself a tea now with stevia nix the sugar.

Today was exhausting. Shawn and I went on a super long bike ride to the Oshawa Beach = 20.42 km there and back. A mixture of riding and walking. Many hills that I just couldn't ride up but was pretty intense walking up. I was super impressed with my son yet again for his strength and endurance. I feel really good. Biking is very easy on my joints. Good exercise today! Terrible eating habits today. Really gotta watch what I put in my mouth.
