Today was exhausting. Shawn and I went on a super long bike ride to the Oshawa Beach = 20.42 km there and back. A mixture of riding and walking. Many hills that I just couldn't ride up but was pretty intense walking up. I was super impressed with my son yet again for his strength and endurance. I feel really good. Biking is very easy on my joints. Good exercise today! Terrible eating habits today. Really gotta watch what I put in my mouth.
