I was a insulin pumper until my wife lost here health insurance and we are on a fixed income. Even though I have a insulin pump Medicare still will not pay for supplies. My pancreas puts out enough insulin so I do not qualify to have a pump or supplies. So I have been STRUGGLING along on different medications with A1C from 7.1 to 8.9 up and down. Drastic highs and lows blood sugars.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Stop the Insanity of weighing yourself. This is the things you may consider to losing weight: 1. DO NOT USE A DIET PROGRAM. Just eat smart and stop eating JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD. This is the "DEVIL" that puts pounds on you. 2. EAT HEALTHY FOODS. Fruits, vegetables, grains and nuts. 3. EXERCISE Do not over do it that can break you spirit to lose weight. 4. Find a size that makes feel great in your skin. You can set a goal and you reach to a certain weight goal do YOU feel good in YOUR SKIN? If not go to the point you did. 5. You need to drink 8 oz. of water for every 25 lbs of your to total weight daily.
I did weigh 330+ pounds and lost weight to 205 pounds and looked great but, did not feel good. Felt like I had a twin brother. He was the good one and me kept falling of the the wagon and after about thirty years and the wagon run me over stopped backed up and run me over the second time. NOW I CAN NOT FIND THE MOJO TO GET BACK ON THE WAGON AND LOSE WEIGHT. I am slowly understanding what I did thirty years ago. Now seeking the RIGHT SKIN. I have lost 15 to 20 ponds of my 319 pounds and has stop at 300 lbs.
When I lost all the weight I was weighing my self one to five times a day. The scales was driving me "NUTS" Find a comfortable weighing plan. Do not weigh yourself after just rising out of bed. Wait 30 mins. to an hour you will weigh less.

DO NOT become a SLAVE of a Scale, Weigh-in once a week or 3 0r 4 days. Or you may drive your self around the corner. You will lose weight when you should not and vice a versa. Good Luck
