The Gym
I"ve been going to the gym and working out since Jan 2010. I am so disgusted with it. I have been walking on the treadmill for 2 miles at 3.4 miles per hour and then I go do crunches..50 to 100 and 90 pds. I am out of heart over this and gained 4 pds last time I weighed, I just wish I could get lap band to make it simplier..the hell with struggling and struggling and seeing no results...
