I lost 60 pounds in 2009, took a bit too long of a break due to boredom and plateauing, and am now committed to losing the rest: another 68 pounds. I lost the first 60 following Weight Watchers, but now I'm mixing it up and going the Atkins route. I'm not a creative cook so I struggle with "food boredom".
